This is the first time that Fiore conducts the production.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first revival since the 2019 premiere of this very production. Back then Bachtrach <a href=\"https:\/\/bachtrack.com\/review-huguenots-konwitschny-osborn-gimadieva-semperoper-dresden-june-2019\">noted<\/a> that \u201cdespite the disappointment of those who were hoping to feel outraged, the production was both beautiful and effective.
