Coro Allegro will present “From Darkness to Light” on March 9, 2025.<\/p>\n

The showcase, which kicks off at 3 p.m. at the Church of the Covenant in Boston, will feature guest artist and French horn player Michael Bellofatto who performs in the world premiere of “There Will Come Soft Rains” by Kareem Roustom; this is the third time the company commissions a work from the composer.<\/p>\n

There will also be a new orchestration of Greg Bullen’s “The Orchard” as well as “Unclouded Day” and “Hallelujah.”<\/p>\n
